We ship our trees and shrubs nationwide, except for CA, AZ, AK, and HI. After you place your order we get started prepping your items for shipment. Most items ship via UPS. For larger or bulk items we ship via our own delivery trucks. You’ll receive updates on your items shipping status throughout the entire process.
If you do not see a shipping method at checkout, it means that we are unable to provide an instant shipping quote based on your location. Please feel free to reach out to us via chat or at [email protected].
Bulk items like Mulch and Topsoil can only be delivered within a 50 mile radius of our Andover, NJ location.

How are heights measured?
Tree and Shrub heights are measured from the top of the root ball or soil, measuring only the above ground portion of your tree your shrub.
How does shipping work?
We ship either UPS or via our own delivery trucks. After you place your order you’ll receive notifications at each step of the way to keep you informed on your item’s travels!
Many items are listed in Gallon sizes, what does that mean?
The Gallons refer to the size of the pot that the plant is in. It’s simply an industry standard for sizing trees and shrubs. All of our items should have the actual height listed on the description page. If you have any questions regarding sizing, feel free to reach out to us!

Due to our longstanding partnership with UPS FedEx DHL as well as other top global carriers, we can provide various shipping options. Our warehouse staff will package every item to our exacting specifications. Your goods will undergo an exhaustive examination before they will be properly packaged prior to being sent out. Every day, we send thousands of packages to clients across many countries. This shows our commitment to be the largest retailer on the internet. We have distribution centers and warehouses in Europe as well as the USA.
Orders that include more than 1 item are assigned processing periods for each item.
Prior to shipping, we check the item thoroughly. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, since we have multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. The levels of stock can change at any moment. Be aware that your order could be unable to fill once you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return your product must be unopened and in the same state that you received it. It should also remain in the original packaging.
