We ship our trees and shrubs nationwide, except for CA, AZ, AK, and HI. After you place your order we get started prepping your items for shipment. Most items ship via UPS. For larger or bulk items we ship via our own delivery trucks. You’ll receive updates on your items shipping status throughout the entire process.
If you do not see a shipping method at checkout, it means that we are unable to provide an instant shipping quote based on your location. Please feel free to reach out to us via chat or at [email protected].
Bulk items like Mulch and Topsoil can only be delivered within a 50 mile radius of our Andover, NJ location.

How are heights measured?
Tree and Shrub heights are measured from the top of the root ball or soil, measuring only the above ground portion of your tree your shrub.
How does shipping work?
We ship either UPS or via our own delivery trucks. After you place your order you’ll receive notifications at each step of the way to keep you informed on your item’s travels!
Many items are listed in Gallon sizes, what does that mean?
The Gallons refer to the size of the pot that the plant is in. It’s simply an industry standard for sizing trees and shrubs. All of our items should have the actual height listed on the description page. If you have any questions regarding sizing, feel free to reach out to us!

Speedy Delivery and professional packaging
We offer a broad range of shipping options due to our long-standing partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse personnel will pack every item to our exacting requirements. Prior to shipping, your goods are thoroughly inspected and securely secured. Everyday, we send to thousands of clients in many countries. This is an indication of our commitment to be the largest online retailer globally. The warehouses are located situated in Europe just as they are in the USA.
Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a separate processing period for each item.
Before shipping, we will examine thoroughly the items you've ordered. Today, most orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been processed.
The policy is 30 days. If you have passed 30 days in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also be in its original packaging.
